POEM 1971

Original Work by D. BRADLEY L6A

"And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side"

If I choose to permanently rest by the road?

The walls of the womb would only be life-long.

Months are memories

Years are forgotten friends

Tradition's tears will terminate

My epitaph?

"No raison d'etre"

No regret by request

The show will go on without me.

But can I cut unity's bonds

Shun fellow-seed, ignore schizophrenic shadows?

To continue to continue

While my sickness grows upon me.
