Staff Changes 09 (1969)

STAFF CHANGES (1969)

The following members of the staff have left:

In December 1968 -
Mr. C. Everest to be Deputy Headmaster at the Heath Clark Grammar School, Croydon.

In July 1969 -
Mr. R. Aird to post at Huish's Grammar School, Taunton.
Mr. P. R. Banton, a founder member of the scaff, to be Senior Master Hampstead School.
Mr. T. Golding who joined the History Department in a temporary capacity in January, to a post at Windsor Grammar School.

The School wishes them success in their new appointments. We also wish success to the foreign assistants for 1968-69, MIle Marianne Durand and Herr Horst Stoterau. We welcome these for 1969-70, Monsieur Marcel Marley and Herr Armin Kleist.

The following new members of staff were welcomed:

In September, 1969 -
Mr. R G Birch, M.A. (Cantab.) from Northgate Grammar School, Ipswich, as Head of the History Department.
Mr D Laubach, MA. from Loyalsock Township High School. Williamsport Pennsylvania, to teach English in place of Mr. Buckingham, who is taking his place for the year at Williamsport
Mr. K. J. New, B.A. (Cantab.) - Mathematics.
Mr. P.J. Tanner, B.A. (London) from Borough Road College - Geography.
